Snow will blanket the mountains in winter. Tulips will bloom in the spring. Water will continue to travel down waterfalls and the mist will rise. No matter what we humans do, nature will continue unabated. Year after year after year.

There’s been much disruption with the election just completed. Negativity is at an all-time high. Knowing that nature is always there is very soothing. Perhaps it’s more reassuring. In troubling times such as this, it’s nice to remember that yes, the waves will continue to wander onto the beach every.single.day. We’ll come and go but nature will remain a constant

We’re but specks in the universe.

So take a few moments and look toward the sky in the evening. Stars shimmer every single night. The sky is limitless after all. It’s not “the limit” as has been commonly stated for the longest of long times. No, it’s actually wonderfully, magically, limitless.

Take some time now and in the coming months to indulge in some stargazing. Every day, no matter what, there are stars as far as you can see. Look beyond the immediate and imagine what might be out there beyond what you can see. Think: limitless. Plan something amazing. Forget everything that’s happening. Look up. Ponder.

Dream.
